2026 14th Annual Chestatee Junior War Eagle Jamboree
Join us for a day of community, competition, and War Eagle pride!
We are thrilled to host the 14th Annual Football Jamboree on August 15th, 2026. This event brings together our young athletes from all levels to showcase their hard work and kick off a fantastic season.
Location & Time (Teams and Times to be posted closer to event)
- Where: Chestatee High School | 3005 Sardis Rd, Gainesville, GA 30506
- When: Saturday, August 15th, 2026
- Arrival: All teams should arrive at least 45 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.
Admission
- Spectators: $5 (Cash) or $6 (Credit Card)
- Children 5 & Under: Free
- Players, Coaches, Cheerleaders: Free
Rules & Regulations
To ensure the day runs smoothly for our players and families, please note the following guidelines:
Field & Gameplay
- Field Layout: All games will be played on the High School field, split into two:
- Field 1: Left side (nearest the Scoreboard).
- Field 2: Right side (away from the Scoreboard).
- Offense/Defense: Teams listed on the left side of the schedule start on Offense.
- Format: Each game features a continuous running clock:
- 15 minutes of offense
- 5-minute break
- 15 minutes of defense
- Play Start: Every offensive series begins on the 35-yard line. If no first down is achieved, the ball is reset to the 35-yard line.
- Yardage: Positive/negative yards will be tracked, but teams will never be backed up beyond the original 35-yard line.
- Transitions: There is a strict 5-minute break between games. Please move quickly to help us stay on schedule!
- Tents: There will be a sideline tent on each side of field to share for injury/recovery
- Referee Section: The middle section of the field and tents are for officials only, no coaches or players are allowed.
- On-Field Access: Two coaches are allowed on the field per age group to stay within proximity of their respective teams.
Stadium Entry & Parking
- Gates: Both stadium gates will be open.
- Important: Do NOT enter through the track entrance on the left side of the school.
- Accessibility: If you have a cart or need easier access, please use the main gate on the right-hand side of the school.
On the Sidelines
- Restricted Areas: Only players, coaches, officials, cheerleaders, and staff are permitted on the field. Spectators must stay in the stands unless there is an emergency. Coaches and players to remain on sidelines or with their teams on field, not in or near officiating tents at the center of the field.
- Hydration: Water coolers will be available at each bench. Please arrive with full water bottles; you can refill them at the sideline stations throughout the day.
- Tents: We will provide one tent per sideline, but teams are welcome to bring an additional tent if needed.
- Concessions: Our concession stand will be open all day with snacks and drinks!
